Tarheel Concrete and Asphalt has been providing concrete services for the Carolinas since 1992. We put high quality and effort into each job. Some companies add a lot of water to make the concrete easier to work with.  This also changes the PSI of the concrete causing shrinkage, cracking, chaffing and makes concrete more accessible to top wearing and exposing the aggregate.  We use only state approved concrete that is backed by the company that is selling it.  There is a small window to get the concrete off the truck, placed, worked and finished.  When placing control joints there is a centrigal placement of joints to help control cracking.
